Dr. Manuel Gaetán retired as President Emeritus of the Bobbin Group, which conducted trade shows in Charlotte, Philadelphia, Dallas, Atlanta, Miami Beach, Las Vegas, Mexico City and Istanbul, Turkey.

  With more than 30 years of experience in the trade show business he will talk about budgets, promotion, measuring results, setting realistic goals, how to avoid common mistakes, how to market your participation, how to staff the booth, how to qualify the visitor and much more (see the Content Tab).

Dr. Gaetan has lectured extensively throughout the world and has been an adjunct professor at North Carolina State University and the University of South Carolina.

This is a just portion of the 1995 Bobbin Show    held in Atlanta, GA, where 245,000 net square feet covered the entire Georgia World Congress Center.

Since 1970 and for the next 26 years, the Bobbin Show/AAMA Convention was the largest show to visit Atlanta on a yearly basis.  The Bobbin Show was also acknowledged to be the largest annual Sewn Products Industry show in the world, a reputation that Dr. Gaetan kept alive during his last 1o years as President of Bobbin.
